In Loving Memory of Cleonte K. Henderson

Path to Purpose Healing Group was born from the devastating loss of Cleonte K. Henderson, who was taken by gun violence. His life, his loss, and his legacy are deeply woven into the heart of this organization. What began from unimaginable grief has grown into a commitment to help others heal from grief, trauma, loss, and community violence, while creating spaces for hope, resilience, connection, and purpose.

“Cleonte is not simply part of our history. He is part of our why.”

Our Approach

We believe healing involves the whole person. Path to Purpose Healing Group combines emotional support, education, movement, wellness, connection, and practical resources to help people navigate grief, trauma, loss, community violence, and major life changes. Our approach is designed to strengthen coping, resilience, confidence, connection, and purpose while meeting people where they are.
